We know that training and education are crucial components of equity work and culture change - but the way most consulting firms provide these services are unsustainable, inaccessible or un-effective in the long-term. That's why we are developing a cohort model of training and education for all of your employees, even the one's you haven't hired yet. 

{R} cohorts are self-study programs based in wisdom from the adult education field. We provide engaging trainings for all levels of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion learners paired with monthly live sessions to share in the learning, ask questions, build relationships, and make personal meaning from the material and how it impacts each individual in their work and life holistically.
